StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Stamford offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- DDDonnyRausTVSep 28, 20263.0I went in for the promotional visit, paid and left. When I got the charge it came in higher. When I called was told it was for the $16 pair of grip socks. I wasn't told of the price before. Was only told that they were mind to take. I figured they were included in the initial consult. Was a little surprised by this, especially since I disposed of them after. The visit itself was good. It could be good for the person who needs to be stretched. The place is clean and the people were cordial. I felt they weren't clear with the charge and as a result, wouldn't go back.
