I think that four of the last five times I’ve come here (when I have taken valuable time off work) I’ve had to leave without seeing anyone because the wait time is just too long. They chase and chase me to remake appointments and, when I do, I find myself sitting in the waiting room way past my agreed appointment time and then just have to leave to get back to work. Shocking customer service.
