  The medical staff and support team are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a client for over a year, and have had a wonderful experience under their guidance! I always leave feeling heard, motivated and more knowledgeable about the next steps while in my health journey.

  I love the Stamford location! The staff is absolutely wonderful, they make you feel so comfortable and confident, which means everything during this journey.

  The program is great and it really works ! Jennifer and Lou are very helpful and most of the coaches have been great ( I have seen 4 different coaches since I started) and every employee has been nothing but nice . Now for some constructive criticism and the reason for not giving 5 stars and has to do with billing . When I signed up there was definite miscommunication on the amount paid at first . I was told 1 price by 2 people for the introductory bag and it was different . I felt the price was fair either way but it just felt like a bad way to start . The next visit , they thought I was someone else and charged a different copay , the next visit I was charged for the vitamin shot that came free and person could not refund on the spot so I took another shot the next week and was not charged . These things should just be looked at . The first coach I had on week one neglected to tell me I should not be working out due to the low calorie intake . I was told this on week two when I mentioned being light headed while exercising on week one and needed to stop . On the whole the coaches have been very helpful , upbeat and with the best message that dieting does not mean to stop enjoying life , including weddings and vacations!! I hope these things will just be looked at to make sure they are not happening all the time . Again , I love the program and the whole office staff and coaches make it a joyful place to go each week and I feel like I am learning to eat differently for a lifetime as opposed to being on a ” diet “. Btw - I am 13 lbs down today in a little over 1 month with diet alone 😎
