  I dropped a few minutes prior to closing at the Stamford location and Anthony was terrific! He helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and took his time to ensure I was happy.

  Sofia was very kind and accommodating. My visit was a very informative and pleasurable one. The gentleman whose name I didn’t catch (bald guy) was also very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my old glasses. The information was very easy to understand. Kudos to the Stanford Toen Center LensCrafters Team!

  My overall experience was good. The associates were helpful and my prescription glasses were delivered quickly. However, the business hours online do not match the actual store hours. The website and Google say the store is open until 8 PM, but on multiple occasions when I arrived around 7:30 PM, the store was already closed. The hours need to be updated online or staff should stay until the posted closing time. Very disappointing and not dependable.

  Walked in fully intending to buy a pair of Meta glasses. As soon as I entered, I noticed the staff gathered around on a FaceTime call, talking about how cute a baby was. No greeting. No “Can I help you?” No acknowledgment at all. I figured I’d be respectful and give them a few minutes to finish what seemed more important than helping customers. After wandering around the store for about 10 minutes without a single employee approaching me, I decided to leave. Funny enough, the moment I headed for the door, they suddenly noticed I existed and rushed over trying to get my attention. I politely told them not to worry about it and that they could continue their call. What happened next was the most surprising part. Instead of apologizing for the lack of customer service, Sofia became more concerned with denying that she had been on a FaceTime call at all. When I started recording the conversation because she was denying what I had just witnessed, she escalated the situation and called security. Imagine ignoring a customer for 10 minutes, then calling security when the customer points it out. I walked in ready to spend money. I walked out with a story. If this is the level of customer service, I’d recommend spending your money somewhere that values customers more than video calls.

  Had to get my glasses straightened after I had fallen asleep with them on and bent them all out of shape. Also lost one of the nose guard pieces trying to fix them myself. The team did a great job at getting me situated. Glasses feel better then ever. Thank you!
