Great studio for beginners. I had a great time poleing here and get stronger each week. The class flies by and you get a good workout by the end of it. Highly recommend!
Such an amazing, spacious, safe, and clean studio. Everyone is respectful and encouraging, I’ve found a new community that I love being apart of in this studio :) the owner, Aileen, has answered emails and texts so timely for me and has been a great help navigating my membership, which I have upgraded 2x because I love far too many classes here! I highly recommend taking classes here!

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I drove an HOUR to get to this class, only to be denied entry for being FOUR MINUTES late, despite there supposedly being a FIVE-MINUTE grace period. Make that make sense.
To make matters worse, there were virtually NO directions provided on how to find the location. Finding this place was a maze in itself, and apparently customers are just expected to magically figure out where they’re going. No clear instructions, no consideration for someone who traveled an hour to be there, and absolutely zero common sense or customer service.
The lack of communication alone was frustrating enough, but refusing entry over a four-minute difference when there is supposedly a five-minute grace period is genuinely absurd. If you have strict rules, communicate them clearly. If you advertise a grace period, actually honor it.
I wasted an hour driving there just to be turned away over something this ridiculous. Completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a massive waste of my time. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to think twice.
Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I drove 45 minutes to attend this aerial fitness class, only to arrive FOUR minutes late due to an accident on the highway and poor weather conditions, both completely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation, the instructor showed absolutely no grace, understanding, or basic courtesy.
What made the experience even worse was the instructor’s dismissive attitude when I simply asked to be checked in, considering I had physically shown up and would otherwise be charged a no-show fee through ClassPass. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just a little understanding given the circumstances.
I completely understand that classes have policies, but there is a difference between enforcing a policy and treating a paying customer with unnecessary hostility. For a business centered around fitness and wellness, the complete lack of empathy and professionalism was especially disappointing. After driving 45 minutes in bad weather just to be met with such an unpleasant attitude, I can confidently say I will not be returning. A little kindness and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present here.

i traveled about 45 minutes for a class i had wanted to try for a very long time, so this experience was especially disappointing. on the way, i called the instructor to explain that an accident had delayed me. she said okay and told me there was a five-minute grace period. i actually entered the building at 10:04, within that window.
the directions on classpass were unclear, making it difficult to find the actual class once i arrived. when i explained this, the instructor insisted that all the instructions were there. her tone on the phone felt rude and dismissive, and i felt brushed off when i was simply trying to find my way.
i made the effort to travel there, communicate the delay, and get into the building within the grace period she gave me. i had genuinely looked forward to this, and it was upsetting to feel so unwelcome before even getting to enjoy the experience.
