StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab South Windsor offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- JNJames Norwood5 days ago1.0This non-medical facility had the audacity to tell me they needed a doctors note from my doctor to cancel. Imagine the audacity of this facility to think that I would ever give them anything with my doctors information on it. You will be lucky if I don’t call my lawyer over this. I will make sure I tell everyone about how disgusting this is. If I call to cancel an appointment for any reason you cancel it you do not ask anyone for personal private doctors information ever. you should lose your job. I will be calling my lawyer and asking who to report this to because this is completely completely not OK and I’m very sure it’s illegal to Ask, ask someone for medical information when you are not a medical facility. I will also be calling the town of South Windsor to report this . I will also be telling everyone I know at every doctors appointment and the gym I go to about this horrible interaction . good luck Getting customers.

The staff is friendly and the flexologists are very knowledgeable and skilled in supporting greater body mobility. I find it so relaxing and I learn a lot about what is going on with different parts of my body that I don’t pay attention to. I am becoming more aware of sore points, posture, flexibility and range of movement. I highly recommend Carina , Kelly and Jackson. Every coach I tried has been on point. Thanks so much!

And all of the stretchologists I've encountered in South Windsor have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly and always listen to the weekly needs of my body. Couldn't ask for more! I see Carina and Jackson regularly and highly recommend stretching with both of them, but have worked with other flexologists as well and everyone is wonderful!
