  I brought my mother's hearing aid in for repair because believe it or not a mouse had chewed through the wire between the battery and the ear piece and the technician took care of the problem by replacing the wire and I was out of there in 5 minutes I am very satisfied by the way I was treated A+

  Ms Yvonne and the staff at Miracle Ear in South Windsor have been my go to hearing aid place for several years, whether it’s regular appointment or the occasional emergency that I need attention to sooner than later, they have always been the most accommodating.   Yvonne at the South Windsor office of Miracle Ear has been a pleasure to work with. After many visits and adjustments, she was able to get my hearing aids just right. The new hearing aids are now so small and most importantly, comfortable, that I forget they are in my ears. Bravo for Yvonne’s help!

  My Mom has been a South Windsor Miracle Ear customer for many years as was her husband. Mom is now a Memory Care facility resident and has twice this year created problems with her ME hearing aids we bought five or six years ago. Yvonne has helped us out “over and above” each time in my opinion. The hearing aids were an originally expensive but you get what you pay for. And the service, cleanings, repairs, etc. in the South Windsor office on the hearing aids we bought years ago has been second to none. Yvonne is someone you want helping your family. My Mom is not going to get better with her hearing aids but they really help the aides who are dedicated to caring for her. Thank you Miracle Ear and Yvonne.

  Miss Crystal worked so well with my father, who has pretty serious hearing loss. He hadn't been wearing his hearing aids, and this can lead to lots of issues with older folks. Crystal was awesome, explaining all of his options on what could happen, the issues he was facing, the next steps(follow on appointments, knowing when his current aids will be out of warranty, upgrade options when that happens). She was super nice, and very articulate explaining everything she was doing while she was doing it in a way that my father didn't feel rushed, which is not easy to do both for him and other older people. Excellent work from Crystal and all at this location.
