StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Shelton offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MMMichael McCrorken3 days ago5.0Today was my first experience with stretch lab and I feel amazing after. The staff were all so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Tommy was working with me and quickly identified areas throughout my whole body that needed some attention and stretching. I will def be back and strongly recommend. Cool scan technology they have also, that picked up areas that have been hurting a bit lately - like my left shoulder. Beyond Accurate!

Oh and they were impossible to get ahold of once they told me my session was cancelled like an hour before it was scheduled. I hate to seem so hyperbolic but I have never been treated worse by a business in recent memory.
