Anthony was a fantastic flexologist ! The reason for my four stars is that, no one is monitoring the front desk and it takes about 24-28 hours for someone to return calls. Also, sadly I needed to cancel my membership and that took about 6 weeks and I am still waiting to get the credit from this month.

I agreed to a one-month, four-session trial with their therapists/technicians before committing to their usual minimal 3-month contract. When I declined to continue after the first 4 sessions, StretchLab Ridgefield continue to post claims to my credit card, claiming that all of their contracts are for an initial 3-month period, attempting to re-neg on their agreement of a one-month. It has been an inconvenience in having to block these charges with my bank and in having to communicate with this business in demanding an end to this unauthorised claim. Their tactics are underhanded and deceptive and reflective of a business that is failing and desperate for revenue. I did not pursue an extended service beyond the 4-sessions because I found the knowledge, techniques and benefits of the stretch technicians to be inferior to other physical therapists and technicians that I have experienced elsewhere.
