StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Ridgefield offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Anthony was a fantastic flexologist ! The reason for my four stars is that, no one is monitoring the front desk and it takes about 24-28 hours for someone to return calls. Also, sadly I needed to cancel my membership and that took about 6 weeks and I am still waiting to get the credit from this month.

I’ve stretched at home before, but the staff is able to get you in positions you just can’t do on your own. I’ve had pain in my shoulders and back for years, and after every session, I feel like a weight has been lifted. If you want more flexibility or struggle with pain, I highly recommend joining stretch lab.
