  Ralph is TOPS! I guess what might be my only issue is the time and distance to the practice, I seldom find reason to be in your area so it's a single purpose venture for the most part. Thank You for your knowledge and ability in what you do and thank you for being so kind and understanding. I called many Audiology practices in my area, I found no one as professional, and knowledgeable not to mention accessible. By accessible I mean hours, not an automated answering service that never calls back and a friendly human voice too.

  Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Question's a concerns are answered. You are not rushed. Jim is very thorough and takes all the time you need. I highly recommend Amplisound Hearing care center of Putnam for all your hearing needs.

  I went into the office with my mom, and I told Jim I was coming in to see him for myself the following week and he made time for me right there on the spot! Awesome place! Awesome people!
