Started out 330lbs in January 2016 and got down to 259lbs by July 2016. I’ve been on a roller coaster of weight gain and weight loss since then but I’ve been back in it for 4 months and I’m down 20lbs so far. I truly don’t think I would have been able to do it any other way. This place is a life changer
