  The best decision I ever made was going to this practice. The Dr, the staff were so amazing, understanding and caring. I had a foot problem was leaving in less than two weeks and they managed to fit me in as a new patient and take care of my problem. Never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience they went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go.

  I had a very disappointing experience trying to get in touch with CT Podiatry & Foot Surgery. Over the course of four days, I called both their Norwich and North Windham locations a total of eight times. Each time I managed to get through, the receptionist repeatedly asked me to spell my name, only to eventually request that I fax my details over and wait for a callback. Despite complying with this request, the follow-up was just as frustrating; I was asked to spell my name again and was told I would receive a callback. Sadly, no one returned my calls. As someone suffering from gout, I was in urgent need of professional help, but it seems like they were not interested in providing the assistance I needed. Very disheartening experience overall.

  This is a remarkable medical office. From the first contact, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Then the visit with Dr Levine was on time and very helpful. He takes time. He explains various options. He gives advice that is best for the patient and not necessarily that which makes the most money for him. This was a comfortable, very helpful experience. Thank you Dr Levine.

  I had a toenail removed he said it wouldn't grow back. it did because there was a piece of the nail that was growing under the nail and he didn't remove it.so now i have another fungus nail that has to be removed. also when i went back another patient came in after me we were chatting the dr came out and told her to come back in the room she looked at me confused as to why she was going before me. she was white and i was black. That was my take on it. normally the nurse takes you back to the room when it's your turn. I would never go back to that office

  Dr. Levine is an excellent podiatrist. I have been a patient for years. This past July I had an issue, made an appointment and received treatment. The doctor is awesome, however I don’t think I will ever return. Working with his office staff with things like making appointments, insurance processes, and flexible spending account receipts was a nightmare. I ordered orthotics in July, paid in full at the time so I could begin wearing them as soon as possible, finally in December I received the necessary receipt from the doctors office; getting the receipt from the office staff was a horrendous experience. I was told they are too busy, and they have “a lot of these forms” too fill out, I finally requested to make an appointment with the doctor just to have him fill out the receipt / form for me! The orthotics cost $450 I was told the doctor doesn’t get involved with running the office. Sadly he probably should. Because of his lack of involvement regarding that aspect of patient care - I don’t ever want to go back.
