    Gloria, the manager and all the staff in the store were very Accommodating. They were very patient and helping me get through the insurance process. Ultimately, it was their service and smiles that brought me back to the purchase. The long story short, after I was promised by the store manager to have my glasses expedited to me for April 30, , they were sincere in their efforts, saying that the classes would be ready. And reality there were major snafus. They had my wrong address for the shipping which had to be corrected after two phone calls, and then finding a store to walk in in person. Glasses that should have been ready by May 4th, simply were not done in time. An email yesterday said there was great news that my classes were on the way being shipped. Upon checking the tracking number there was still no label prepared, but it said I could expect the glasses by May 13. By my account that’s at least 20 days. I am sure the Warby at the sono collection made their best effort in selling the glasses. Somewhere along the line Warby Parker dropped the ball in production. The delay, even with expedited shipping, is inexcusable. It would be nice if the effort that they made in selling the classes, was the same effort that went into the production and the delivery of the glasses. (Expedited shipping is next day, according to them. Even if it’s two day or three day. If they are ready to be shipped why wouldn’t they arrive May 4,5 or 6? Why an email letter saying arrival by May 13th if they are ready to ship? That does not make any sense to me. Very misleading to say the least. Far from accurate and does not instill any confidence in anyone I speak with at the company. Also kind of odd you can’t contact the store directly and speak to the people you interacted with. Only the phone farm customer service center someone in the world is available to customers. What an inefficient service and disregard for our time. Wasteful. All of this because I decided to do the decent thing and travel 30 minutes back to the store to place the order after getting fitted and going through the VSP insurance steps, pay more $ going outside my insurance coverage because of the people in Norwalk. I had good intentions. So did the sales people. There’s a road that goes somewhere that’s paved with good intentions. Let’s see what May 13 brings. Hopefully it brings glasses and not a return to this review to give you an update. As a repeat customer of Warby Parker I can be pretty confident in saying I will not be a customer much longer. You would think Warby Parker would compensate me for the situation. Thanking me for being a Warby Parker. Client isn’t enough. I hope your experience is much better. They obviously can perform as witnessed by the other reviews, but for this customer they did not.

    I was very apprehensive about purchasing frames from here. Kat who has the patients of a saint walked me through many many frames and really helped me pick a great pair and made it so relaxing and easy.
