I was extremely satisfied with the service I received as they were both wonderful in helping me adjust my frames and I would definitely recommend this place to others
- DBDanielle BrownOct 8, 20261.0This eye doctor’s office used to be so nice and it has definitely declined in quality. The front desk people used to have the office smelling really nice and it used to feel so welcoming. They would clean the equipment as I came to use each machine so I knew it was clean. That did not happen and the machines felt sticky when I used them. Additionally the day before my appointment, I was told that I would only be seeing a doctor via telehealth, and so they would not be a physical doctor in the room. This meant that one of the technicians would need to be in the room with me controlling what was essentially a Zoom call and be a part of my appointment, privy to my personal medical information. When it came to getting a doctor on the call, they had to send out a ping to see if a doctor was available (similar to doordash finding a driver for your take out) . If I had known sooner I would have cancelled my appointment and gone elsewhere. It felt incredibly impersonal. I used to love coming to this office and I likely will not be returning next year. There’s a very clear decline in that office.
