Candlewood Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 148 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility situated in New Milford, Connecticut, right in the heart of Litchfield County. We are located in close proximity to both New Milford and Danbury Hospitals. In addition, we are just a short distance from the New York border of Dutchess and Putnam counties. Candlewood has been providing award winning care in the Litchfield County area for more than 40 years.
