I had a great experience with my eye exam and with selecting my new glasses. The eye exam was very thorough, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. Since I have a progressive prescription, choosing the right lenses can feel a little overwhelming, but they did an excellent job explaining the different lens options and helping me understand what would work best for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the level of care and customer service I received. I will definitely continue going to LensCrafters at their new location in New London Mall. Highly recommended!

A: I was not asked if I wanted it, B: Nor was I informed of any pricing information, and C: There was nothing explained to me about what this coverage entails. This was a disappointing find. Otherwise, I was very pleased with everything. But this feels sneaky, shady, and a dirty way to make $35.00. I work in retail, and I know 100% that I’d never get away with this. Original Review: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The exam felt like it was well done, and not rushed. The “remote doctor” was super friendly, and had no problem answering questions for me. There’s another “big box” eye store that does these types of remote tests. My experience with them was not the greatest. If my new glasses are what I’m hoping they are, I’ll 100% be back in the future.
