It took two weeks and a bunch of emails in order to get my health data transferred to my ophthalmologist, but we got there. My order was then lost by the lab at some point, going through the online channels to the lab/transporter did not work. But when I came to the shop to complain, Shannon got a new expedite order going immediately and I actually received the glasses just 3days later. Moreover, they actually refunded my order as a goodwill gesture to apologize for the issue. I ended up only paying for the eye test. I was surprised and even reached out to confirm it was not a mistake. I think that goes well beyond what most places would do for you. Issues happen, that's just life I think. In my opinion, what really matters is the willingness to fix them.
