  I can't say enough great things about Homewatch's service to help find an outstanding place for my mother-in-law. We worked closely with Lewis, Community Outreach, who spoke with her and our family. We gave him our laundry list of needs and wants for her next chapter in independent living. He's a great listener! Lewis did so much leg work for us - he visited and previewed about a dozen independent/assisted living communities to gauge their fit for her, at no charge to us! Lewis narrowed it down to six communities for us to visit, and we liked them all. Lewis went with us on our tours and knew the right questions to ask so we could make the best decision. Lewis is very caring and compassionate, and was awesome with my mother-in-law, our family, and the community liaisons. He was accessible and had great follow-through all the way through post-move-in. He was such an asset to us, and we are so grateful that we met him and used his services. My mother-in-law chose the perfect place for her, and she is very happy there, loving all of the social activities! If you are looking for a place for your loved one and feel overwhelmed with the choices and the process, I highly recommend Lewis!

  I can't really say enough. Issac, a kind soul, began as weekly then daily help for my parents and ended up providing 24 hour live in care. He was a calm presence in the face of my 95 year old father's accelerating dementia and host of other medical problems. Lisette, his case manager, was always available for our many questions and Mary Ellen helped us navigate the changes in their needs requiring changes in service. Reliable, flexible and caring, all of them. We tried other places that did not last. It's really a horrible thing to need this kind of care for a loved one, but they made it a little easier. Highly recommend.

  I have had the opportunity to work with Homewatch Caregivers several times in the last two years for mutual clients. To say they are experts at what they do in an understatement. From Case Management with Maryellen and the owner Matt, you truly feel their passion for working with seniors to find the perfect caregiver for each one of their clients. All of the caregivers and kind and professional. They are all a pleasure to work with.
