Despite our prior knowledge to avoid malls, we made an impulsive decision to enter one while charging our Tesla.
On Father’s Day, my wife intended to surprise me by purchasing a Meta AI transition lens and Ray-Ban sunglasses. However, after three minutes of staff remaining at the towable device in the middle of the store, neither my wife nor I received any acknowledgment from the staff. We exchanged amused glances and proceeded to spend $800 at Bass Pro Shops for the same glasses.
It is important to note that this incident will likely deter potential customers from purchasing from this particular store, as it serves as a negative experience. In contrast, the service and pricing at Bass Pro Shops were significantly better.
No reply needed from this business as it’s all a.i. generated 😂
update: it's 2 weeks later on July 4th and I'm buying my daughter prescription meta glassest from Sunglass Hut which are inviting and helpful sending referrals for Sunglass hut!

I went to get new glasses, as mine had broken. The eye doctor visit was phenomenal. I got my prescription, and found a pair of glasses, that I loved. There were 3 people on the sales floor. The 2 ladies were helping customers, though one did offer to help, while she was with another customer. The salesman that helped me, told me that I don't have the face for the glasses, then offered to send me to the competition!! I'm already in tears, because you never tell someone what they have "the face" for. We go back in, and shockingly, they have "more feminine" glasses. They were able to fit my face. Congratulations. When I pick them up, we'll be fitting, and selling the Oakleys, at a lesser cost. I'm not settling on frames that could be someone else's joy. Now, I'm going to have those, plus a backup pair, for employee/customer treatment, that you seem to support. The 2 ladies were amazing, though.

We had an absolutely A+ experience at LensCrafters thanks to Rachel! She went above and beyond helping my wife order a pair of Ray-Bans. Not only did she check the manufacturer's system to see if they were available to order in advance, but she also offered to continuously check their system to see exactly when they became available. Coincidentally, my wife called the next day right as the store's inventory was being delivered, and Rachel immediately set them aside for her.
She also hooked us up with a 50% off promotion for a second pair, which we gladly took advantage of. To top it all off, she was amazing with our kids, offering them a basic eye check for screen and iPad protection glasses. The kids were so happy to try them on. Exceptional customer service from start to finish—thank you, Rachel!

Rachel Postovoil was wonderful! She assisted me with all of my questions. She didn’t rush the process and she even took the time to break down what I would pay for both pairs, with a few added things and without. I will definitely seek her services again!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
