  Very disappointed by office staff. Scheduled an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning as my current dental office was no longer participating in my insurance plan. Made an appointment in January 2026 for a cleaning in July. Given appointment, told where to have my dental records sent (which were sent by my current dental office). Contacted the office in June and there was no record of me or having received my records. Was told that the office had gone through a period with employees that were not experienced and trained properly. Was told to have my records sent again and I would receive a call later that day. Was also told maybe I should explore other options for a new dentist if possible??? I had the records sent again, received no call. The following day I called twice and left messages and never had a call returned. Found a different dentist!

  I've been going to this dentist since I was 4 and now I'm 22, everyone's kind and does good work. Would totally recommend going here
