  I have been going to Miracle-Ear for over 16 years. Both Kelley and Mr. Mancini have been very informative and knowledgeable in answering my concerns over the years. Mr. Mancini has made me feel confident during my hearing test. He has been very good at selecting the right hearing aids for me. I never feel embarrassed about asking them questions. They take the time to explain their work. They make me feel like family. I highly recommend them.

  I thoroughly enjoy my Miracle Ear experience. The team at the Miracle Ear center in Manchester, Connecticut made me feel very comfortable; in fact, Richard and Kelly have become “family” to me. Kelly makes me feel so welcomed whenever I go in. The audiologist (Richard) takes the time to explain everything that I need to know and to answer all of my questions, addressing any concerns. Most of all, I love my hearing aid and the improvement it is making my life. My Miracle Ear experience is 10/10!
