  I had such a wonderful experience working with Victor at the optical store. From the moment I walked in, Victor was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that not only fit comfortably but also looked great on me. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable Victor was throughout the entire process. He explained the different frame options, lens choices, and what would work best for my needs without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. You can truly tell that Victor cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Finding the right glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Victor made the experience easy and enjoyable. His patience, dedication, and expertise made a huge difference, and I left feeling confident in my decision. I highly recommend Victor to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and someone who genuinely wants to help you find the perfect glasses. Five stars all the way!

  We have used Hamden's Pearle Vision for over 25 years, our children grew up in this store. my husband and i continue to keep going back because of the excellent service from both the doctors, the owner and all the people who work there. their doctors are excellent. the folk who help with the glasses are honest, gentle and kind. but perhaps most importantly -- the owner and everyone who works there is understanding of the complexities of life. during all these years there have been times that affording glasses for a family of five -- even with insurance, was very expensive and we have needed more time to pay all our bills. always -- ALWAYS, the owner has been understanding while in no way making me feel bad and we have been able to stretch out our payments, enabling us to get precisely the glasses we want, which translates to feeling good about how we present ourselves. there is little better than feeling good about how one looks when leaving the house! the store carries the top fashion lines in if what one wants is not in the store, the owner does EVERYTHING to help the customer find precisely what they are looking for -- ordering special when necessary. finding an eye doctor one feels comfortable with and shopping for glasses can be a touchy experience. not just how one sees, but how one looks as well. the people who work in this store understand that and do everything possible to ease the stress. over time, they get to know you and always Welcome you back. they care -- about who you are, how you see and how you look. during the 25 years we have been shopping there, many other glasses/vision stores have opened throughout the area -- and yet, we wouldnt go anyplace else. my husband and i trust our vision to this store -- completely and totally.

  Victor at the Hamden location was very pleasant and nice to meet. I stepped on my wire glasses like never before. I was just heading out the door and didn't have time to even calm down by the time I arrived to see what's next or what could be done. Victor said he could try to fix them but I thought he was CRAZY because they were crushed and twisted. Of course they are not like the day I got them but that's NOT VICTORS FAULT. I'm wearing them and they look strait you can just feel they are very fragile now. When I get my next pair it will be at Pearl because Victor bought me time and saved me sooooooooooo much $$ for now. Pearl is pretty fortunate to have him so am I.

  We made an appointment for elderly mom for eye exam. The staff at checkin and exam were not welcoming or kind in any way, especially check in gal, abrasive. Eye Dr. was very professional.
