  I’m very upset, hurt and disappointed at the service I received on the Phone today by one of the staff members named Farrah. I’ve been a Patient at Patient Choice for probably 10yrs or maybe more if always been treated and greeted with such respect. I’ve never complained about any of the staff members. Unfortunately when I called today and Farrah answered my call She was very unprofessional to me Her tone of voice was very mean and she ended up putting me on hold and then hung up on me. I happen to live close so very upset on top of not feeling well I drove there. At this point I didn’t want to interact with anyone but Emily who was able to make me an urgent appointment. But I was told by Farrah that I couldn’t be seen and if I didn’t feel good I should go to an urgent care center. Emily then had Olivia call me to the room took my vitals that were elevated because I was crying and very upset. When you work in the medical field your number one goal is customer service and making sure you treat your Patients with dignity and respect. I strongly believe Farrah needs to be educated on customer service and definitely needs to be educated on how to have respect when interacting with Patients on the phone. This is not my first terrible experience with Her on the phone. I have health issues and I’m requesting to not have any further interaction with Her at all if and when I come in for services I’m requesting Olivia to prepare me for my visit.   After my previous doctor retired, I was looking for a new primary care physician where I would feel welcomed and treated as a person rather than just another patient. I’m very glad I found this practice. The office is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of convenient parking. The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had my appointment with Dr. Zaha Liviu, and it was an excellent experience. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. His genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to his patients were evident throughout the visit.

  I had not gone to a doctor in 11 years— mostly out of fear of finding something wrong. I had high anxiety and could not even talk about going to a doctor without crying. I went to Patient Choice because my parents went there. When my mother died, my family had an intervention with me to go to the doctors and my father was able to get me in as a new patient. I was terrified. I brought a friend with me to help keep me calm. I started crying as soon as they tried to take my blood pressure. And then Olivia stopped and said, “Dry those tears. There is nothing to worry about here. Now that you’re here, you’re family and we are going to take care of you.” She helped calm me down and my blood pressure was fine. I saw Megan Lipford who was also wonderful. She wasn’t judgy— I’m overweight and I smoke. Two things that my last doctor was very vocal and not kind about. I think this practice is wonderful. They are all so kind and I am so happy that I found them. Now, my fear is much less and I want to thank Olivia and Megan for helping me and being so kind to me

  nurse Olivia gets the job done! Whenever I had an issue, she has always taken care of me as a patient and did what had to be done for me! I never got that from anyone else there but her and because of Nurse Olivia I will continue to be a patient at patient’s choice medical because she always take great care of me! Great job Olivia, Thank you so much for all your love and care as a patient of patient choice medical!
