  Farah, Olivia , Martha ,edmelyn Been a patient for over five years here and everybody here is extremely Caring and helpful.. Everybody goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Any help that Is needed is taken care of immediately right there on the spot which is very hard to come by today

  Excellent patient care the doctors are knowledgeable and care about their patients and staff is super friendly no wait time we love nurse Farrah she’s the best 🙏 Doctor Zaha took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel as if I was part of his family. His genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to his patients were evident throughout the visit. Personally I think this is the best clinic I have ever been to in my life I bring all my family here and always refer Patient Choice Medical to my friends and family keep up the good work you guys are amazing 🙏❤️we are super grateful for all you do thanks 🙏

  I’m very comfortable With Dr Desilva and his care but the office staff is unresponsive to the needs . They barely pick up the phone calls or call me back for any thing or follow up with physicians instructions. It’s constant battle to get them . They all need good in service on what is customer care and customer service!

  In a time when good patient care is hard to come by, I wish to extend an enormous heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Patient Choice Medical. Dr. DeSilva and Dr. Chhabra are me and mom's PCP, respectively, and both doctors have been providing us with exceptional care and genuine concern for decades now. Nurses Olivia and Farah make every visit a pleasure with their professionalism and courteous manner. Both are incredibly kind, thorough, and diligent. Last, but not least, Martha and Edmelyn run a truly excellent front office...they are courteous, always cheerful, and extremely helpful!

  I’m very upset, hurt and disappointed at the service I received on the Phone today by one of the staff members named Farrah. I’ve been a Patient at Patient Choice for probably 10yrs or maybe more if always been treated and greeted with such respect. I’ve never complained about any of the staff members. Unfortunately when I called today and Farrah answered my call She was very unprofessional to me Her tone of voice was very mean and she ended up putting me on hold and then hung up on me. I happen to live close so very upset on top of not feeling well I drove there. At this point I didn’t want to interact with anyone but Emily who was able to make me an urgent appointment. But I was told by Farrah that I couldn’t be seen and if I didn’t feel good I should go to an urgent care center. Emily then had Olivia call me to the room took my vitals that were elevated because I was crying and very upset. When you work in the medical field your number one goal is customer service and making sure you treat your Patients with dignity and respect. I strongly believe Farrah needs to be educated on customer service and definitely needs to be educated on how to have respect when interacting with Patients on the phone. This is not my first terrible experience with Her on the phone. I have health issues and I’m requesting to not have any further interaction with Her at all if and when I come in for services I’m requesting Olivia to prepare me for my visit.
