Diane was incredible in helping me choose my frames. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped me find a pair that I feel genuinely confident wearing. Ammy did an excellent job taking my measurements and adjusting my glasses. They fit comfortably right away, and she made sure everything was perfect before I left. And Ansel for making the administrative side of my visit so easy. He handled my check-in, insurance verification, and check-out efficiently, and everything was explained clearly befofe my appointment. The Doctor, Dr. Kumar was amazing! She let me voiced what my concerns were and she explained everything perfectly. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend the Warby Parker Greenwich team if you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a great eyewear experience!
