- MMMiguel MoralesSep 21, 20265.0Outstanding Customer Service — Wayne Deserves Recognition! I had an absolutely exceptional experience at GNC, all thanks to Wayne! From the moment he helped me, he went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible. Wayne wasn’t just trying to sell me something. He genuinely took the time to understand my needs, gave me excellent advice, and shared valuable ideas on how I could save even more money on future purchases. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Wayne does. He made me feel appreciated and confident about my purchases, and I left the store feeling great about my experience. GNC is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Wayne! His dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition, and I hope management knows what an outstanding team member they have. Thank you, Wayne, for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned my trust and my future business. I highly recommend this GNC location, especially if you have the opportunity to be helped by Wayne! Five stars aren’t enough for the service I received!
- MHMatthew HapgoodSep 19, 20265.0Went in to get some creatine and when I first walked in I was enthusiastically greeted by Wayne. He went out of his way to explain the benefits of different types of creatine they offered and explained why the GNC amp extreme strength was best. Exceptional service from Wayne.
