I had such a smooth experience at LensCrafters II the Westfarms Mall! Zoryana was amazing and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face well and looked very stylish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. I was in and out quickly, and the entire experience was efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great customer service Thank you Zoryana!

I just had an eyeglasss adjustment by Cameron. He was extremely courteous and very, very competent. Give this person a promotion or a raise. You want to hang onto him.

Terrible experience with one of the sales reps who couldn’t be bothered to address my issue. I brought in a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses that are less than two years old and have already needed to be replaced/repaired once after breaking. Recently, they became loose again and started showing the same warning signs that they had before they broke the first time. I brought them in specifically to prevent another break, but the only solution offered was a quick adjustment. When I explained that the glasses still felt loose and unstable, I was repeatedly told, “They’re not broken right now. They’re good now.” And said that because she tightened them then it’s fine. It’s not. That completely misses the point. I wasn’t asking for help after they broke. I was trying to avoid having them break again. For the amount of money LensCrafters charges for designer eyewear, I expected better durability and certainly better customer service. Instead, my concerns were dismissed because the frame hasn’t physically snapped yet. If your expensive glasses are showing signs of failing, apparently the advice here is to wait until they actually break before anyone takes the issue seriously. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unlikely to buy eyewear from LensCrafters again. Go somewhere else

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
