  COREEN, the practice manager is responsible for the one Star review . Dr Mumford needs a 7 Star review but the person who is responsible for managing the practice desperately needs some good manners courses . She is the “Face “ of the office and what a terrible difference between her and Cheryl , the previous office manager. Cheryl was also a 7 star rating! I also interviewed for an office manager position at this practice in 2021 and I wasn’t selected because they promoted someone internally . I was happy for that person but I hope it wasn’t this COREEN who was so nasty with me today when I tried to get an EOB for my son’s visit. I told COREEN ,who disrespected me non stop while I was there with my little granddaughter , that I was going to write a review about her lack of professionalism and she said “Make sure you spell my name right !” You betcha !!COREEN !!! Be aware if you are a patient or want to become one and have dental insurance, COREEN will make sure you are NOT all informed before the appointment!

  Love the staff and dr Mumford. Just wish you were in network for Medicare advantage from Cigna. I may be forced to change dentists for money

  Hailey is absolutely amazing! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned, but Hailey makes the entire experience so much easier. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring, and she talks me through everything she is doing from start to finish. I always feel comfortable and cared for when I’m in her chair. I truly can’t recommend her enough! She is the best!

  Dr. Mumford takes time to listen and explain treatment options. Support staff is consistently professional as well. I trust this practice implciitly!

  It’s been 37 years of perio appointments with Dani, and this one was like all the others, a true lift in my day- which was already good! Dani embodies professional skill, great humor and an amazing ability to ease a patient into a comfort zone while digging and scaling plaque off one’s teeth. I’m extremely happy for her as she begins the next episode of: “Dani’s Great Adventures in Life”. Bon Voyage! You’ll be missed.
