  I was very pleased with the service provided by this company. Scheduling for the service was immediate and the technician who came to my home was both knowledgeable and courteous. I hope I don’t have to, but if I ever have trouble with my mobility chair again, I would gladly use them again.

  We feel greatly appreciative to Colleen and her employees for their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They truly care about the customer. My 95 year old mother had a problem with her chair and we called 101 Mobilty. They were out to fix her chair within a couple days, the original company we had was 3 weeks out with appts. Highly recommend this company. More companies should be take note. Thank you for your service

  I recently purchased a Pride mobility scooter and Harmar scooter lift for my truck. The process couldn't have been easier. Both Colleen and Claudine were great to work with. I explained what I needed and was given a price quote that was within my budget. I ordered both items and it seemed like only a few days when I received a call that they had arrived. They worked with my schedule to schedule a time for me to get the lift installed and pick up the scooter. They installed the rack and gave me complete instructions on how to operated it. I highly recommend 101 Mobility in Essex, CT. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to deal with them and if I am in need of any other mobility or disability items I will be sure to go to 101 Mobility. Thank you so much.
