The food menu is very easy to follow and and can easy be achieve . Every week I lose average 6 pounds with out being hungry but I still have many month ahead a long ways to go . But i feel that it is how i can get me to my goal and more important do it in a healthy medical watch program .

They make you feel like you belong and you are doing right even when you messed up on your eating that week. They make sure you know that they are there to help you on your journey and that you are doing amazing just by coming in every week and working at it. I am 31 pounds down and it has a lot to do with them being so encouraging.
