  Stopped in after a while of not having glasses (10 years)!!! I worked with Kim, she was great, checked my insurance for the best prices and helped me pick the right pair for me. Stop here for your eye exams and glasses!

  I want to recognize Kristin at Store #868 in Enfield for providing truly exceptional, white-glove customer service. From the moment I walked in, Kristin went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience outstanding. I actually joked that she made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman—I received the full VIP treatment! It’s rare these days to experience this level of personalized service. Kristin is an incredible representative of your company and deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers. Five stars and true white-glove service from beginning to end.

  I went in for glasses, Kimberly helped me and was AMAZINGLY helpful. The other 3 ladies working with her were absolutely great as well, they all (including Kimberly) provided a lot of insight and suggestions for styles and lens combo and also what looked good and what would look better. Oddly, I actually enjoyed this shopping experience for glasses. 🤓

  Horrible experience! I have been trying to make an appointment just to see the doctor for 3weeks now. The young lady’s on the phone are nasty and have very bad attitudes. I scheduled online my appointment was canceled. I called to see why and then was told the needed my records for my previous dr. Was done within 45 minutes the same day. Then I never received a call back I call a few days later because no one ever called me back. Then I was told the dr. needed to look over my records and I would receive a call back and again never received a call back. Then I got an email a week later saying call to make an appointment. Called again, to be on the phone with a rude young lady who’s asked for all my information to then tell me the dr isn’t taking new patients. Also that the system that the have on there website to make appointments wasn’t there system and that they don’t send emails. When I asked why I wasn’t told then two weeks ago she stated that my account had a NOTE ON IT that the called me and had a conversation with me. Again no one from the office has ever called me. I have initiated every point of contact in this whole interaction horrible office
