- BBBApr 14, 20253.0The class itself was okay. Instructor seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Low energy and they have a stuck up/ boogie energy there. If you really want a workout out go to CST50 instead.

The floors under reformers haven’t been washed in some time.. but it was ok to go there once a week.. Decided to cancel, because I was 10 minutes late to class due to the emergency situation at home and when I came to class - I was not let in!! Immediately asked to cancel my membership and waiting for a refund for this class since I was not let in! I was asked to leave in front of the whole class. Absolute disrespect!

First the rules are explained, people are not rejected without knowing them 👎🏼 muy mal servicio al cliente, clientes nuevas queriendo aprender y nos rechazaron sin nosotras saber las reglas del lugar, muy poca explicacion y consideracion con personas queriendo inscribirse y sin saber como es. primero se explican las reglas no se rechaza la gente sin saberlas
