- YDYenifer dJul 6, 20261.0I would not recommend this Club Pilates location. In my experience, they came across as more concerned about collecting another payment than helping a customer cancel their membership. I was expected to pay for a month I wasn’t even able to use before they would process my cancellation. The cancellation process was frustrating, confusing, and far more difficult than it should have been. After reading other customers’ reviews, it seems I’m not the only person who has had this experience. To me, this business feels more money-hungry than customer-focused. If you’re thinking about joining, read the reviews carefully and make sure you fully understand the cancellation policy before signing up. There are plenty of other Pilates studios that treat their members with more respect and make the process much more transparent.

The floors under reformers haven’t been washed in some time.. but it was ok to go there once a week.. Decided to cancel, because I was 10 minutes late to class due to the emergency situation at home and when I came to class - I was not let in!! Immediately asked to cancel my membership and waiting for a refund for this class since I was not let in! I was asked to leave in front of the whole class. Absolute disrespect!
