I was helped by Shawn and Jessica, who were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I ordered a pair of prescription progressives and a pair of sunglasses and they will be sent directly to my home in less time than other chains. Hands down the easiest and most pleasant eyeglass purchase I've made in years.
