I was truly impressed by the time and detail the employee gave me in helping me to evaluate my options and make a purchase. At one point she also paused to welcome another customer and direct them to where they could wait for their appointment, all while still staying connected with me. It's not often that you get this level of service in stores anymore, and it reassured me of my choice to give not just the brand but this store my business.
