If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My wife went in hoping to find relief from chronic back pain and left $2,200 poorer with worse pain. They use a high-pressure sales setup where pricing is hidden until the very end. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone that can actually help you at this store. The inserts made her pain worse, and when we tried to get a refund, we were told only store credit is offered. After driving back to the store for a re-fitting and even worse pain, they offered a 20% restocking fee, mind you these are all off-the-shelf inserts so 20% is ridiculous. Then since the fabric insoles were worn, they only offered store credit for those. The 1/8" thin fabric insoles were ~$180 for 3 of them so now we have $180+ of store credit at a store I wouldn't give another cent to.
If they actually believed in their product, they would offer a full refund. If you are desperate enough, go to Good Feet and give them at least $600 to make you feel worse. They clearly don't stand by their products, please stay clear!

I couldn't have more negative things to say about this business. The salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and took her time walking me through the whole system but sadly you are not told any pricing at all until the very end, a classic shady business practice. I have no doubt that some people have wonderful results but the inserts caused me significantly more pain than I was in before. I really tried to give it a chance and went in for an adjustment only to get home and try the new system out again with the same results. I have suffered from chronic back pain for years and I really hoped this was going to be a magic fix for me but sadly I've been left with a $2,200 bill to pay and the same pain as before. I would be EXTREMELY wary of going into this store. You will be pressured into buying something that may not help at all and then you will be told there are no refunds, only store credit offered. I have been calling and fighting with customer service for a month to try to get my money back. If you stood behind your products you would give people a trial period, since this is the type of thing that takes time and adjustments. There is nothing custom at all about these products!!
**UPDATE: The store owner replied to this review asking me to reach out to resolve the issue. I have emailed and gotten no response, so clearly my dissatisfaction isn't a concern. The saleswoman in the store also claimed to have never heard of this person, so I am not sure if he is even legitimately the owner. Gives me more confirmation that the whole operation is a SCAM!

My experience at the Good Feet Store in Danbury CT was amazing. I worked with Dave and while I was only scheduled for a one hour appointment, he worked with me for almost 3 hours to find the correct arch supports. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional as I tried a great number of arch supports to find the right one. I am just starting with the arch support system so I can't yet speak to the how helpful the product is yet, but the initial experience with the Good Feet Store was an extremely positive one. I will write back once I have really worked with the arch supports. Thank you Dave!
