The lifetime warranty is real. I received new orthotics to replace my old ones and purchased a new set to add to my current footwear. The customer service representative, Melinda, was wonderful. She worked with me to select the best replacement for my existing orthotics and helped me select the best ones in addition to the new one. I have been foot pain free for all the years since I started wearing Good Feet orthotics.
