I tried to precheck in several times online but it never sent me the required code. Then at the appt my insurance did not show up. So I had to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed. To remedy this it would have been helpful to have someone call me like regular eye doctors do. I work crazy hours so I never remember until late at night. But I would have taken a call from someone.
