  I enjoyed the stretch session, for me being overweight , it helped me with releasing tension from core muscles and neck especially which is why I went in first place. Alex is great , he didn’t over do it, but didn’t slack off and wasn’t afraid to push for a stretch he thought I could handle

  My mom, dad, and sister all go to StretchLab we truly believe mobility is one of the best ways to help our bodies feel their best. I’ve tried massage and chiropractic work, but it wasn’t until I broke my leg and worked with a physical therapist—who really focused on stretching—that I realized how impactful it can be. That experience showed me how important stretching is in getting back to 100%. It’s still a journey, but StretchLab has definitely helped accelerate that process. At the end of the day, I’m focused on becoming the best version of myself.
