Because the program is tailored so well weekly meetings are effective with whomever you see. The fact that all the staff treats you like a person and not a weight loss patient it makes it super comfortable to share my journey with anyone who will listen because I don't feel embarrassed in any way. I look forward to my weekly visits! I would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight BUT also anyone looking to be healthier and have better nutrition overall regardless of weight.
