  Subject: Compliment for Pharmacy Team (Prescription Resolution) Message: I am writing to share my deep appreciation for the incredible service I received at my local Stop & Shop pharmacy. For a long time, I was facing a severe system glitch with my prescription billing that other major pharmacies completely gave up on fixing. The pharmacist Francine at Stop & Shop went completely above and beyond. She took the time to personally call my secondary insurance to find the exact error code and figure out how to bypass the system glitch. Because of her patience, kindness, and dedication, my prescription was successfully filled. She did what other pharmacies couldn't do, and she did it with a sweet and helpful attitude. Please ensure she and the pharmacy management receive this compliment—she is an absolute asset to your company!

  The staff at the Stop & Shop Pharmacy on North Main Street in Bridgeport, CT, are simply amazing! Every visit is filled with a happy atmosphere where the team genuinely cares about their customers. They always greet me with smiles and make me feel welcome. It’s wonderful to see how well they get along with each other and their customers. Diane once filled out my entire application because I left my glasses at home, and she did it with such a glad heart. The pharmacist’s reassuring demeanor made me feel at ease during my visit as well. Their acts of kindness are so appreciated. Though I can't recall all their names, I am grateful for each one of them. My experiences have always been wonderful, thanks to this exceptional team.

  Called to make enquirers about Western Union. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in and she recognized me, she actually said “ you called earlier”, I remember you !Was even nicer in person. I felt valued !
