We have never met such unprofessional service provided by Amanda, we called on 4/27 to get a quote for transportation to pick up our kids to take them to school. One week went by never heard from her or received any emails with the quote. Called to follow up on 5/4 Amanda claims she sent it but I went through the email for one entire week and nothing. Spoke with her gave her 2 different emails and nothing, left her messages, sent her text messages for three days and she has not bothered to send the quote. Today is Wednesday and we have been trying to get the quote and now she doesn't even answer the calls she forwards them to voicemail. Unreliable, unprofessional service may be a bad representation of the company but this is who answers the phone and who is dealing with anyone that comes in. Amanda you should be ashamed of yourself to treat people this way, you have more excuses than anyone I ever heard of . This has put us in the worse possible scenario when I have a broken back and I am not able to drive the kids to school leaving us with no options. Shameful customer service.
