She was upfront about the cost, the next steps needed, and the follow up appointment process that was best for my situation.

She ended the appointment because she said I was "moving too much", even though she kept telling me to move in, pull back, look up, look to the side. She seemed not very competent and not at all patient with me. Probably because I complained that I had to fill out their forms twice. Apparently the optical store at Target in Bethel is NOT interested in hearing any kind of feedback on their systems and processes. I've NEVER had any kind of doctor, optometrist included, send me away. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
