- ABAndrew BlumApr 12, 20261.0Two bad experiences at Avon CT Lenscrafters, both involving a pair of glasses I had bought from Lenscrafters and had had the frames adjusted there several times. The first problem was that they said they could not get me a new pair of frames like the ones I had to go with my lenses. So I left that day. Then most recently, when those frames broke, I went back in and asked for two things: 1) Help with taping my broken frames back together as I had no backup pair; they couldn't do that and 2) I asked them to make me a new pair of glasses with a new prescription. I started looking at frames and then after they had already seen my new prescription as if they could it fill it, they then said they could not make me new lenses based on my prescription. Bad service all around for a long-time customer who had purchased frames and lenses with a similar prescription from them several times. Unlikely to go back there at this rate. i give them zero stars.

I was able to get an eye exam, select glasses, and complete my eyewear measurements, all in about 90 minutes. Everything was just easy. I'll definitely be back.
