Staff could care less, seemed fairly clueless. Dr and eye exam was a new experience, to say the least. The exam room/he smelled of old BO...and when he was poking around my eye with no gloves..yeah NOPE. I requested he put gloves on, he claims he used hand sanitizer...are you kidding me?? Your touching someone's face in a stank room and don't automatically put on gloves? No thanks.

I had an amazing experience - the best of any eyewear store I’ve been to. They were so kind and helpful, as soon as I walked through the door. I needed help with my regular glasses and sunglasses (both prescription). They fixed my regular glasses without charge (!) and helped me find the perfect new frames for my sunglasses. Highly recommended and thank you Isaiah!! 🐐

Everyone nice not great organization but lady with bright colored hair must be manager or something very rude and passive aggressive, Contact lady switched me over to a weekly contacts but only gave me one pair in my eye and didn’t place an order for me then I tried to place one right after the appointment bc the glasses lady told me she didn’t and they said it would be better to call bc the ladies just went on there lunch break lol, then I tried to place an order over the phone same day for them to get to me before next week they said I need to swipe in person no problem, but when I come in manager was trying to say she couldn’t give me an extra pair in the mean time, mind you there supposed to give you trial contacts anyways not just one pair in your eyes. She was very passive aggressive about everything she said, and tried to make me pay extra for express 3 day shipping when I asked if they would come in time, but when I asked how long she said abt a week or so, they came in 3 days anyway. Not great experience there

The staff was very accommodating. I expected an eye exam cost of $160. Without asking they did a little research and found I only owed $35 for the exam. Thats 5 stars. They also went into my customer record and found my all time favorite frames that I once had and could not find elsewhere. That's 5 stars. I have no insurance, they run special discounts that saved me over $400, thats 5 stars. They offer transition lenses and walked me through several options so I didn't need a new pair of Rx shades. It was a short wait and a solid 5 Star visit!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
