Club Pilates in Avon has made me feel very welcomed. Their instructors have taken me through the exercises with thoughtful patience. I am comfortable there and for me that’s an enormous plus. Very grateful to and for Club Pilates Avon.

They have multiple plans and plenty of class times that fit my schedule. And the instructors are fabulous - Dana is my favorite! They work with you if you have an injury or if a particular move is hard for you. Very accommodating and a comfortable environment for working out!

Helena is the best instructor ever — she challenges you with complex exercises while explaining movements so clearly. She offers individualized modifications and corrections while still maintaining an amazing flow of her classes. I took Helena’s classes almost daily, and with her help my confidence in Pilates and my own strength grew so much. I truly would not have discovered my love for Pilates without her. Helena also fosters a strong sense of community, as I would see the same faces in her classes regularly. She’s the reason I still try to drop in for classes whenever I’m back in the area!
