  Honestly, just steer away for thier practice. I'd rather use corporate at this point. My husband and I have had nothing but BAD experiences with them the last 2 years. We've tried. Chance after chance. Im not sure why we havent just went to another dentist and why we continued to have faith in the doctors at this office. Sad. But true. Never again. They failed my filling and my husband filling . My filling still hurts after a year and a half. My husband had a root canal and they lost his cap, they never called him to let him know. My husband had to call this office and ask over a 7 week period if the cap had come in. His root canal tooth still hurts with cold water.. I had scheduled him a cleaning 6 months in advanced and he went in and they just tell him he needs more work done before cleaning. One time he had planned with the Dentist to have a different root canal and that dentist left this office and the new dentist would not perform the root canal she just wanted to pull the tooth. I dont think they truely care and Greg the owner will tell clients his dentist have been doing this 30 years... This is short and sweet. AVOID

  Dr. Keller can "schedule cleanings" but when asked about advanced procedures will refer you out of house...without the reference! Waited and waited weeks to get a reference finally called and learned "we do advanced procedures" what a joy that was to learn. I finally got in & and was to told wait on the reference. Seems like a major mix up here with the new doctor. If you need a cleaning, come here. If you need anything else done like advanced procedures, I suggest looking elsewhere.

  I have never felt more judged or humiliated by a medical professional than I did at Forest Edge Dental.My husband and I both had new‑patient exams and everything seemed fine at first. They even took my husband for his cleaning the same day due to a cancellation.When scheduling my cleaning, I mentioned I have dental anxiety. The staff told me it was no problem and that they would prescribe me something to help me relax for the procedure — one to take at home and one at the office. They instructed me to come in the day before to pick it up.When I arrived, they acted confused about why I was there early and made me wait, only to tell me the doctor had canceled my filling appointment. No explanation — just “the doctor will tell you tomorrow.”At my cleaning, the hygienist told me I needed fillings, and I explained the doctor had canceled. After being passed between several different staff members, the doctor finally came in and made me feel interrogated simply for asking for the anxiety medication they originally offered. She told me she didn’t feel comfortable with it and that I should instead drive an hour and a half to a dentist out of network who uses anesthesia. I was shocked by the lack of communication, and the judgment. My household will not be returning.
