    They don’t take walk in visits on Wednesday. Ok, next time I’ll schedule not feeling well on a different day.

    Sadly, only 2 stars! All of my visits have been great, the doctors, nurses and staff are great caretakers. The issue for me was the fees. In particular a blood test fee that was about $1200 for very normal blood work labs. A handful of standard "check-up" labs. After our insurance paid their share, we were left with a $950 bill. I contacted United Insurance and they told me they paid the "normal" amount but noticed Middle Park's fee was much higher than they normally see. They recommended I contact Middle Park Health to see why that cost was so high. I did that and was essentially told it's a supply and demand equation, since they were kind of the only option in the area they can charge a high fee. I was told that I was welcome to "shop around for a better price". Independently, I had blood work done from an online company with blood drawn from a Quest Diagnostics lab, very straightforward. The online labs through Quest Diagnostics cost $365 for over 160 labs, plus a cancer screening for another few hundred dollars. For less than Middle Park Health charged I was given more lab results than I could use. My recommendation is to be careful of the costs, some are unreasonable and the billing department doesn't seem to care if they lose patients due to overcharging.

    Dr. Mark Paulson is one of the most caring people I have ever met! I am so very happy with everyone who is employed at Middle Park Health I personally get treated very well there I feel safe, I feel all my needs get met in everyway!!! I will recommend Middle Park Health for anyone and everyone who wants great health care!!!
