  Wonderful staff but Kroger’s pharmacy internal guidelines are unlawful and cause active harm to legitimate medical patients. The amount of excessive information they claim to require hurts patients requiring consistent medical dosing. I’ve missed 30% of my prescribed medicated days due to administrative delays and policies and insurance holdups and endless prior authorizations. I was asked by an employee here when I was having surgery and asked why my doctor wasn’t prescribing a different medication. IR vs ER. Does HIPPA mean anything anymore? Massive overreach and I’m being forced to find another pharmacy.

  Just bad experience all around. No baskets and the self checkout barely worked and needed help from the attendants twice. Most King Soopers grocery shopping experiences arent the best but this was the worst by far. I do not recommend coming here

  I’d rather deal with all the pains of having Covid rather than get treated poorly. Terrible customer service.

  Shout out to Mariah who found another King Soopers nearby that had my emergency medication in stock, and had them fill my prescription. I got a message saying it was filled before I even left this King Soopers to go there. She kindly explained that my insurance would not pay for any other brand or even a generic of this medication. She explained everything in a way that I could understand, even though I was exhausted. Thank you, Mariah!
