  I started seeing Igor in January of 2024. At that time I was in a wheelchair unable to walk due to a compressed disc in my back. Igor treated me 2X a week at first and then 1 time a week. By May, I was able to stand and use a walker. I had a little more improvement each time I saw him. We had decided that I had mad good progress. I went back to him in July 2025 for a few months. I made good progress and my treatment was completed. Then this past July, I was referred by the VA to see him regarding lower back, right hip pain. I have been seeing him once a week. My pain is getting better and I have been able to move easier. He started doing both the electro accupuncture and cupping. I gotta tell you, when he hits a spot with the cup, it hurts like the dickens, but the next time he passes over it, it hurts a lot less. It loosens up the muscles in my lower back. I would recommend making an appointment with him if you are suffering from muscle pain. He is great!

  Extremely thorough treatment and so helpful in getting my body back to “new normal” after radiation. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I look forward to my appointments always!

  Igor has helped me avoid neck surgery! I had my surgery booked for January, I was having weakness down my arm and some pain. One session with Igor took away the weakness and pain, I am continuing my sessions to keep it a bay but do not need to come as frequently as we thought. I am not having the surgery in January!! Igor listens and is very empathetic. I highly recommend Igor!

  Dr Zielinski is a miracle worker! I injured a muscle in my upper back and struggled to recover for about six weeks before finally calling Dr Z. He started me on some acupuncture, dry needling, and cupping and I saw improvement immediately. After 4 or 5 treatments the pain was gone completely and I was back to my normal activities. I never even think about the injury while exercising now and I can sleep again. Awesome bedside manner, really cares about the patient, and does not try to upsell you on extra treatments or procedures beyond what you need to get better. I had never tried this type of treatment before and was a bit skeptical at first. Now I am so happy with the results and I trust Dr Z so much that I will be sending my daughter to see him for her back pain. Thank you Igor!

  Igor is wonderful! He is patient and listens carefully and offers a holistic approach to healing. He healed my stomach issues after just three acupuncture sessions. He is also helping me with scar tissue through cupping. The office is nice and comfortable. Highly recommended.
