  On top of losing prescriptions, lying about contacting providers, not understanding drug interactions and side effects, and not verifying prior authorizations, the staff is unbelievably rude. I brought these issues to their lead technician and I was LAUGHED AT. The technician laughed in my face when I told them I had been without my meds for 6 WEEKS due to their incompetence. Just an abysmal pharmacy with even worse people behind the counter. I'd rather get my meds off the street!

  I want to give a shout out to the Pharmacist on duty this evening. I had just completed a televisit with my healthcare provider and ran over right before closing to see if I could get my prescription filled. I knew it was going to be a long shot. The Pharmacist overheard my conversation with his assistant in which I was informed it was called in for the following day. I think he picked up on my disappointment because he told me to hang tight and quickly filled my prescription before closing. I’m grateful for the empathy. It was a relief to get some meds onboard tonight.

  I love the pharmacy peeps! They are so nice and they make sure you’re fully aware of any drug interactions and make sure you understand!

  This pharmacy is the worst! Over the last several years I've had prescriptions called in hours before a procedure. 9 out of 10 times the medications aren't ready for several hours AFTER the procedure. If you're taking care of someone post-op, use any other pharmacy within a 20 mile radius.
