It's definitely not easy but because of that and the music of course are what make it enjoyable for me 😊 Oh and Expect that booty to hurt afterwards on that first day 🤷♀️ Overall I'm excited and will be going every week 🤗

The work out is always great and every instructor truly is amazing. It is always a good time in class especially with Teryn teaching. The music, energy, experience, instructors, and low impact full body work out create a space I am excited to show up to every week. I love it here.
