  I absolutely love them, Every-time I visit always so nice and friendly and Every-time I have a question they always answer me with no hesitation or making me feel like I’m losing my mind, I’ve completed my first round with Invisalign but wasn’t happy with one tooth and the DR definitely came in and understood what my concern was and agreed with me I need more time. Looking forward to these next extra couple weeks.

  We had an amazing experience at 1st Impression Orthodontics with our daughter, Faith. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. The staff was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything so Faith felt comfortable and at ease. The office is clean, professional, and runs efficiently. It's clear that Dr. Gibson and team truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional care. We are so thankful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend 1st Impression Orthodontics to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care for their family!

  This place is awful. Their “in house” retainers are garbage, they randomly shaved my tooth without telling me and damaged the enamel, they didn’t listen to me when I said something wasn’t right… so I stopped bothering and went somewhere else. I ran into one of their techs who stopped working there and said their pay and work culture was garbage to boot. I’m not surprised. TERRIBLE.

  Dr. Colin and his team are amazing! I had a fantastic experience with my Invisalign treatment from start to finish. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Colin’s office to anyone considering Invisalign—you’ll be in great hands!
