  Garrett from Eye Pieces of Vail is an absolute rockstar! He helped me over the weekend with a very hard to find pair of glasses. He was kind enough to send me multiple photos and description of the pair as I was not able to stop by the store to try on. He even took my call while he was on a bicycle workout. I'll be definitely working with Garrett in the future. Thank you!

  My mom’s sunglasses was bent after dropping it at the Farmers Market in Vails and we stepped into this shop expecting to pay for the fix. I wish I got the worker’s name but he was super nice and fixed her glasses with no charge. We’re really grateful and appreciate their great customer service!

  Highly recommend Eye Pieces of Vail - Village Center. Stopped in on our way to Breckinridge to get the nose pieces on my Maui Jim’s fixed. Very friendly staff. Took less than 30 minutes to fix and also tightened the screws for me. Exceptional service. Even purchased another pair of Maui Jim’s. Going snow hiking in Germany and would love to come back here to purchase goggles.

  I saw a helmet with a built in visor. The price was $599. The guy at the ski shop saw me looking at it and starts trying to sell me. I said “I just went on the companies website and their retail price is $499. You’re asking $599. Can you do any better?” He said “You know what? Just go buy it online and save the $100.” I said “Ok. I’ll do that. Thanks!” and left the shop. That is after buying $250 pair of googles from them unfortunately. I went to Gorsuch Ski Cafe a few feet away and saw the same helmet for about the same price. I said to the guy “I just went on the companies website and their retail price is $499. Can you do any better?” He said “No unfortunately. It’s the beginning of the season and we don’t discount anything right now. If you don’t need it right now, you can go on Amazon and order them for $499 delivered. Let’s try on some and see what size that fits you so you know what to buy. We tried them on and the medium fit so I said “You know what? I’ll take this one” and bought it from them. MUCH nicer and more professional service.
